Italy, Wine and Websites
After a hard days work I decided to make butternut squash risotto. However, when I came to toast off the rice I realised that I had no white wine!!! not like me at all in fact I can’t ever remember having no wine in stock.
Anyway, I discovered that gin would do instead and I’m happy to report that it was a very tasty risotto indeed.
The exciting thing for me this week is that I have been working on my new website www.paintingsofitaly.com this was an experiment as I have not done anything like this before. Although it’s not too professional I am happy that for a first timer it looks okay. Please let me know what you think.
